Latvia are awaiting test results on guard Armands Skele after he took a blow to the head during training on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old was given painkillers after an initial series of tests found no serious problems, but his headaches continued on Wednesday and he has now been sent to hospital for a full inspection.

Latvia were in Liepaja, continuing their preparations for the EuroBasket 2009, in which they have been drawn in Group B alongside Germany, Russia and the team which progresses from the Additional Qualifying Round.
