Engin Atsur will be fully focused on helping Turkey compete for a medal at EuroBasket 2007 after sorting out his club future by signing for Benetton Treviso.

The famous Italian club has announced that Atsur, a silky-smooth point guard who spent the last four years at North Carolina State in Raleigh, North Carolina, has signed a three-year contract.

Atsur, 23, was a member of Turkey's national team at last year's FIBA World Championship and helped them reach the quarter-finals.

One of Atsur's former teammates at State, Ilian Evtimov, spent this season in Italy with EuroCup giants Virtus Bologna.
