Has had a decent year having spent time back ‘home' with Cibona after being unwanted and loaned out by Unicaja despite a solid enough rookie season in Spain during 2007/08. Kus has received criticism from some fans for failures in high profile games such as the Adriatic NLB Finals when he had a nightmare game, although having averaged double digits in all three competitions including Euroleague, this seems harsh. Perhaps he is not as dynamic or prolific as some other players so he isn't as popular, but he is very effective. His experience and knowledge of the system is fantastic for Coach Repesa. He is proficient in all areas, a good playmaker and can explode in games from outside in particular and score in bunches. |
