Career: Yeşilyurt (Turkey-TB2L 2003-2004), Ülker (Turkey-TBL, 2004-05), Tulsa 66ers (USA-NBDL, 2005-06), Milwaukee Bucks (USA-NBA, 2006-07). Drafted in the second round of the 2005 NBA draft (#16), by the Milwaukee Bucks.

Even at the age of 16 when he first burst onto the main stage as a young, raw talent, it was obvious that Ersan Ilyasova could be headed for great things. But two injuries to his right ankle created some worry and though he may have recovered physically, the mental scars of the injuries still haunt him as he is intimidated by physical play and avoids risky contact. Also his twice reconstructed ankle can get swollen if he sees a lot of playing time. Still, there is a lot of talent on display in Ilyasova and he will be a go to guy for the National Team.
